Conceptual Estimating
Basic cost per square feet estimates that are developed from minimal information about your project. In these cases, a client may have a lot size, square footage of building and functionality of building. In many cases, an approximate cost per square foot can be transformed into a conceptual estimate.
Hard Bid Estimating
The client has all permitted sets of drawings and specs. The client has completion dates, schedules and all information required from the funding source. In most cases, this is the required information necessary to acquire trade costs, develop a cost estimate to compare against trade cost and send in for bidding.

Home Inspection Cost Analysis
When purchasing a home, often there are a number of things found by the home inspector that need to be addressed. We are experienced in preparing a cost per each listed items, which equips the buyer or seller with a pricing point to negotiate cost settlements.
Estimating Review from Other Services
Many clients may have three or more cost proposals from contractors. The commonalities and concerns can be challenging to work through in deciding which avenue to take.
